3rd Best Unit in CCTNS Project 2023-2024

On December 12, 2024, Raigad district secured the 3rd position in the annual evaluation of 2023-2024 for outstanding performance in the CCTNS system of SRPF, Group 2. During the closing ceremony of the 19th Maharashtra Police Duty Meet 2024, Honorable Rashmi Shukla, Director General of Police, Maharashtra, Mumbai, honored Superintendent of Police Somnath Gharge and the CCTNS team with the Third Place Trophy.

Raigad district secured the 3rd position in the annual evaluation of 2022-2023 for outstanding performance in the CCTNS system. During the closing ceremony of the 18th Maharashtra Police Duty Meet 2024, Honorable Director General of Police, Maharashtra, Mumbai, honored Superintendent of Police Somnath Gharge and the CCTNS team with the Third Place Trophy.

Range Police Duty Meet General Championship in 2023

In the Konkan Range Police Duty Meet 2023, Raigad district secured first place in the medal tally and claimed the Overall Championship' by winning a total of eleven gold, five silver, and eight bronze medals in key categories such as Scientific Aid to Investigation, Anti-Sabotage Check, Police Photography, Police Videography, Computer Awareness, and Dog Squad Competition.

Range Sports General Championship in 2023

In the Konkan Range Police Sports Competition, held from November 19, 2023, to November 25, 2023, the Raigad District Police Force conquered the medal tally by excelling in both team events and individual sports, securing a total of 227 points and claiming the prestigious 'Overall Championship'.

Range Sports General Championship in 2022

In the Konkan Range Police Sports Competition, held at Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate from December 9, 2022, to December 14, 2022, the Raigad District Police Force dominated the medal tally. They secured first place in 7 out of 8 team events and second place in one, along with an impressive haul of 133 gold, 57 silver, and 57 bronze medals in individual sports. With a total of 224 points, they proudly claimed the prestigious 'Overall Championship'.

Best Police Unit in 2021

The Raigad District Police Force was honored with the Second Place Award for 'Outstanding Police Unit of the Year 2021'.

Best Police Unit in 2020

At the State-Level Crime Conference held at the Director General of Police Office, Mumbai, in 2020, the Raigad District Police Force received a nomination for the 'Best Unit' award. In recognition of this achievement, Superintendent of Police, Shri Ashok Dudhe, was honored by Honorable Home Minister, Shri Dilip Walse Patil.

Best Ashore Unit in Coastal Security 2019-2020

Mandwa Coastal Police Station was honored with the "Best Coastal Police Station" (ASHORE UNIT 2019-20) award by the Indian Coast Guard. The award was presented on November 25 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, by the Director General of the Indian Coast Guard, Dr. K. Natarajan.

Raigad district secured the 2nd position in the annual evaluation of 2017-2018 for outstanding performance in the CCTNS system. During the closing ceremony of the Maharashtra Police Duty Meet 2024, the Raigad CCTNS team was honored with the Second Place Trophy by the Vice-Chancellor of Pune University.
